
On June 14, 2020, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced that foreign visitors from all countries of the European Union (EU) will be allowed to enter the country from June 21, except for Portugal - citizens of this country will be able to enter Spain only from July 1.
Visitors from the EU will not have to observe 14 days of self-isolation. It was previously planned that the country's borders would be open to foreign travelers from July 1.
In Spain, the state of emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic will end on June 21. It should be noted that after its cancellation, wearing face masks will still be mandatory in the country.
International travelers from non-EU countries will be able to enter Spain from July 1.
